Nah, this town can't be escaped, no matter how much you immerse yourself in hobbies and the like. Very high suicide rate around here which is pretty worrying. Luckily I should be gone in a few weeks so that'll be good. Until then, I'll languish ITT and continue binge watching old episodes of Peep Show:pac:

I'm not too bad thanks, minus a bit of insomnia oh well, can take it easy tomorrow. Got a bit of good news though, as my appointment for the migraine clinic in Cork came through (it's in September), been on a waiting list for the past six months so a nice surprise:)

Manuscript is coming along nicely now thanks looking forward to finishing up the first draft and beginning to show family etc. Was scanning photos etc today..

My holidays are going so quick but really enjoying them hopefully heading up to dublin next weekend

that's true It's nonfiction, basically about living with a disability. Bressie and Marian Keyes's book would be the ones I'd recommend (both are out in the last few months)

thanks so far their reaction has been a mixture of excitement for me and getting fed up of my questions (so far they've seen bits of it but not the whole thing). The only one who's read it who's a friend (well at that stage it was about 50k words long) her reaction was along the lines of 'wow!'
