That's on tap in brewdock and cheaper to drink it than from the off license.

    €9.25, 330ml

    I had it on tap in P Mac's. €7.50 for 330ml.

Ahh boo, I just saw the price. They were charging €10.25 for a shot of redbreast and were told to insert the whiskey back into the bottle.

    BER-1058.jpg

    Blacks of Kinsale Black IPA

Having a sup of this right now. Light bodied. Good carbonation. Balanced falvours and fairly moderate on the hops too.

A bottle of Tempete from Docteur Gab's in Switzerland. Recently got a gift set from a family member there.

    Very nice blonde Triple.

I was really looking forward to this ...was pretty disappointed to be honest....their Kinsale pale ale is my favourite IPA.

Tried to drink a Negroni. Now I need other uses for Campari :D then went back to some daquiris with the addition of a pinch of salt which was recommended. Pretty sweet. Trip to London next week to see a friend and raid their off licences. Have 2 checked bags to come back ha.

Yeah, I found it very disappointing, watery and lacking the body that makes a BIPA.

Drinking a West Kerry golden ale, Beal Ban. Absolutely lovely. Really peaty smoky quality to it. Top stuff

Oskar Blues Death by Coconut Irish porter, really impressed with this. Big hit of coconut but balanced within a very good porter. Hints of coffee and a good malt backbone work well with the coconut.

Glass of Blacks Worlds end. It tastes a lot more strongly of vanilla than I remember it. Maybe the recipe is different this year or something but I'm not enjoying it as much as I have previous years.

Spent the day in Nottingham on Saturday (€20 return, out at 8am in at 9pm).

The beer scene in England is off the charts compared to Ireland, Real Ale in almost every pub, in great condition too. Vastly superior selection of native and imported Craft Beers

I opened a bottle from last year recently and was really shocked by the amount of vanilla. Your taste buds might be just getting more sophisticated :pac:

Lacada Devil's Washtub, a lovely North Coast IPA, dark, hops on the nose and a happy start with a nice rounded malt backbone. Very enjoyable.
