Cost of re-roof

    Have a cottage with a bad roof on it,was thinking of changing it .its a straight a roof with a pitch of 40degree on the front and 28degree on the back .have 5 roof windows to be fitted in the back ,it's a cut roof on lathes and felt ,what price would I pay for labour to take off old roof and cut in new one .lenght of house is 40feet wide is 35feet

    Where in the country are you? This has a huge bearing on the cost.

    As does scaffolding and skip hire and access etc etc

    Kerry ireland . Scaffolding and skip will be supply ,access fine in the country

    Got price on material for 6500 euro not included pvc fascia soffit gutter ,was thinking 4k for labour to cut roof in .Two weeks work for 2 men .?
