What process are you referring to?

I presume it is a reference to the process of the moderation of the Galway forum threads?

Hmm, yeah maybe but it's easier for us/everyone if there are direct questions.

Let's look at some stats as you mentioned in an earlier post.
I don't have specific later year stats (don't know if it collected recently) so the below is from the start of boards.

    City - Threads - Posts
    Galway 12,360 229,264
    Dublin 16,587 199,959
    Cork 9,771 156,250

Stats from 2010 shows Galway city as the only regional forum on the top stats list (back then).
Our top 20 forums by traffic over the past 3 months (since August 17, 2010)

If you have issue with how we moderate in any way you are free to bring it to the attention of the category mods or admin using Feedback or Helpdesk, where appropriate (check charter for each forum before posting).

As you probably know it's impossible to make everyone happy so the mod team try to find a good middle ground where we believe it accommodates the majority.

Agree re direct questions. It is a somewhat useful post with stats Biko but would need a fixed term year on year comparison(or similar) for clarity on the following from Robbo
Can we get a bit of guidance from above as to what's "Galway enough" to survive the current hollowing out process?

"hollowing out process"? am still none the wiser as to what that is?

We'll see if Robbo posts again. Until then feel free to ask or suggest anything you think would make the forum better/more popular.

A way to find postcount stats with date range

    Galway city http://www.boards.ie/search/submit/?query=&forum=475&user=&date_from=01-01-2017&date_to=23-04-2017

Using above method we can find yearly counts
Postcount per year - 2017 is posts since 1st January until 23 April
    City|2014|2015|2016|2017
    Galway|14,536|12,119|9,981|2422
    Cork|17,609|13,365|9,899|3387
    Dublin|18,111|12,418|9,568|3283
