    A relative of mine was refused service a while ago to a restaurant ,the staff said the management barred him because the tiolet he used was dirty after he used it .what are his rights here ,he is embarrassed and denied he did that to the toilets
    They have the right to thank the restaurant for providing feedback even though the restaurant has the right to refuse entry without providing any reason at all.

    Providing a reason means someone might challenge it legally in the hope of compo, so that alone suggests the story is fake.
