    Sane question.....
    Anyone know where in Dublin north or city centre,I can get liquid smoke.

    Mail order, but
    theasiancookshop .co.uk/hickory-liquid-smoke-4684-p.asp
    (you'll need to remove the space yourself coz I'm not trustworthy)
    has Hickory for GBP4 (say €4.75) plus, of course, P&P. Lots of other interesting stuff though :)

    I got some last year in Fresh Supermarket. Unfortunately the synthetic stuff, but still works good.

    Until just now I had assumed that it was all artificial/synthetic flavouring. (I've never used it)
