    Had a call today they had my details but i was suspicious and finished the call prematurely warning to others out the caller if he was not genuine he knew a lot about me not

    Thanks for your post.

    We do contact customers to conduct phone surveys, but we don't ask for account or login details and if you don't wish to participate that's fine.
