    Oh yes

This bad boy is the latest from Blendo Games aka Brendon Chung, whose last game Thirty Flights of Loving managed to be the most formally daring piece of interactive storytelling of recent times even if it was like 15 minutes long.

This is different, even if it carries over the trademark blocky character designs. The narrative adventurous is still there - startling jump cuts, visually dense environments, no dialogue - but there's much more of a game wrapping everything together. It's basically a heist game, but controlled via command lines - you string together simple lines of code to pull off robberies and other criminal feats. It works fantastically well, and embraces a lovely lo-fi clunkiness that really suits the grimy cyberpunk world - channeling a bit of Terry Gilliam, a bit of Wong Kar Wai.

I'm only two sets of missions in, but this seems to have been well worth the long wait - another immensely clever, experimental and purely enjoyable game from one of indie gaming's brightest stars :)
