    Hi

There is a transaction on my debit card that I don't authorize, so I phoned tsb asking for a chargeback. Second time I called they told me to write a letter to their visa department. Is that normal procedure, or was I talking to someone who has no idea?

They didn't want to reverse it twice when I called them. What would you do next? I'm on vacation and cannot go to the branch.

You need to speak to the Card Services department in PTSB. It is Visa or Mastercard who provide the credit card, through PTSB. The number for Card Services is usually printed on the back of your credit card.

Card Services will take you through the process to follow.

'this card is issued by TSB' it says on the back, and the only no. is the one of TSB customer service, which I called twice already.
