I think the OP got top quality information from an inside perspective. I doubt you could buy better.

It is not unreasonable to expect a more prompt OP response in this age of smart phones etc. The OP has some real numbers to work with and a huge financing gap between available/required has been exposed. All of it should be of great assistance to the OP in assesing the risks and making a decision.

If the odd growl is so terrible, it is infinitely better than having his financial wellbeing gobbled up!
