    Hi everyone
Can anyone recommend a acupuncturist who specialises in PCOS?
I'm based in Dublin so ideally city or northside

Has anyone felt it was worth while going to acupuncture ?

    Thanks

I don't have PCOS but I've been going to Sabine from www.acubaby.ie for the last few months. After close to a year of trying to conceive, since around March I've been doing everything I could to improve my chances of conceiving - improving my diet, taking supplements, going to acupuncture, having lots of tests to make sure there was no physical reason I couldn't conceive and had one round of a very small dose of Clomid. I'm 10 weeks pregnant now. I can't put that success 100% down to any one of those things. I don't claim to know how acupuncture is supposed to work or I can't point to any scientific studies that prove its effectiveness, but I definitely found acupuncture great. If nothing else, it's great for relaxation and de-stressing. Sabine came recommended to me from a friend with severe PCOS who was trying to conceive naturally and did and she really believes the acupuncture made all the difference.

Totally worth it. Hilary Kearns in Dunshaughlin is incredible her clinic is called Ahul Clinic. Dunshaughlin may be a wee bit out for you but she has had amazing results for couples TTC.
