Looking for Rottweiler pups/breeders

Hi, Im interested in getting a Rottweiler female puppy. Can anyone point me in the direction of a breeder?

I've seen ads on done deal - but not sure if this is a good place to buy pups? any advice appreciated.

Also what's the price range on puppies these days?

I'm based in Munster and was told by a rescue in limerick that the can't accept Rottweilers as they are on the dangerous breeds list. I thought this was the case for all rescues.

There's no such list as the dangerous breeds list. There's a restricted breeds list, but it makes no mention anywhere of the dogs being considered dangerous.

Was it a pound or a rescue/shelter you contacted? I'd imagine it was a pound, which are more likely to fall in-line with the anti-restricted breed thinking. If it was a rescue, then you're better off steering clear of them if they think like this. Try other rescues. There's loads, and they all have slightly different policies.

Ill check out if there are any litters at the moment. You could try contacting Mike Prior of the Munster Rottweiler Club who is down your direction. I know he did have a litter recently but not sure if they are all sold.

The Valentines ones Lovely looking pup and I was delighted when his name came up on FB knowing they'd gotten a pup from a brilliant breeder.
