Irish paramedics abroad

Can anyone tell me if the Irish phecc registered paramedic can be recruited abroad. What countries / companies are recruiting irish paramedics. I understand that coures can be done to qualify one to a level which is daughter after but as is, are there any places recruiting irish paras as is. Thanks
