Advice needed

I've started a bit of running and trying to figure out how to carry my phone while listening to music. What's the best way if you're just wearing t-shirt and leggings? I've seen people carrying in the hand but it's a bit sweaty.

+1, My prefered way of carrying phone , keys etc.

Unless you REALLY have to bring your phone,get yourself an ipod shuffle or similar, usually has a clip for attaching to your shorts waistband, weighs nothing, perfect.

I have an armband, which is great.

I usually run in a jacket that the sleeves zip off of, so, whilst it is another layer, its really, really light, and it has a breast pocket, where my phone goes, and two zip up pockets for my keys and poo bags, as I always run with a dog. I got it from Jako, but they don't seem to have them on their website
