Just got letter from DB/Pepper to notify us that they are changing Mortgage payments from Weekly to Fortnightly. Mortgage Agreement specifies weekly payment which was what we wanted specifically when we took it out with them initially. Probably know the answer already but Can they do this? Just got letter from DB/Pepper to notify us that they are changing Mortgage payments from Weekly to Fortnightly. Mortgage Agreement specifies weekly payment which was what we wanted specifically when we took it out with them initially.
Probably know the answer already but Can they do this? Basically they are changing the mortgage repayments schedule with no consultation.
