Is UCD a Good Place to Meet Potential Bandmates?

    I'm currently awaiting my Leaving results and will hopefully be starting in UCD in September. Was planning on joining any music/guitar societies that they have there and was wondering if they are good places for meeting people with similar musical tastes as you and potential bandmates

    Don't know about UCD but Whelans Bar in town will be filled with other mucisians
