Is haven intermediary only?

    Is it only possible to get a mortgage with haven via a broker?

    Yes. Its the broker arm of aib mortgages.

    Technically, it is the broker arm of EBS. EBS have a separate banking license to AIB but are a wholly owned subsidiary.

    Why do you want to go with Haven? There are lower rates elsewhere.

    I don't... I just was trying to work
    out why I couldn't apply....I was looking at all banks yesterday and it came up but there was no where to click to apply.... So that explains it.
