Which Multimeter

ive been doing some research on multimeters.
this is going to be my 1st multimeter
i dont want to spend to much on 1 but i dont want a crap 1 either.
will be testing electronics and some mains work.
the 3 im looking at are amprobe 510, UNI-T UT139C & UNI-T UT61E.
which 1 of these meters should i get & are they all safe when testing mains

Hard to beat a Fluke.I use a T5-1000.Fairly indestructible and never let me down.Sure each to their own.

if buying a multimeter from china or hong kong will there be import duty to be paid and any other hidden charges, would it be still worth it when you factor all in
