I see that a minimum entry requirement in order to gain entry to the Primary PGDE in Scotland is a minimum B3 in ordinary level Maths. The same entry requirement applies to the secondary teaching programme over there and I know someone who managed to get an interview – which they subsequently enjoyed success in – even though they had got a lower grade in their Leaving Cert.
