how to canx eircom broadband?

    hi there, 

    I am outside my contract since janruary and want to canx my eir broadband service as i can not afford it anymore?



    could someone please inform me of the most efficent way of doing so? 

     - is there a particular number that most here found success?
     - is there now a valid email address where one could send a letter of request?
    (was not a dept set up previous to accept this in past)
