Kenny, i was also looking at the lg oledb6. Is it worth the extra money, what is the HDR performance like on it, and how big is the gap between the two tv's you have mentioned?

    Hey Wingnut32.

The LG OLED is outstanding

I feel it is worth the extra, we have the 55B6 running in our store and there is nothing compared to it in LED. Some come close but just can't reach it.
We have ran HDR through it off of both the Samsung and Panasonic 4K players and it really looks the part, smooth motion and such vibrant colours.

It does cost a bit more but once you see one you'll want it. I've been sizing one up myself you replace my Pioneer plasma.

Currently priced at £2799 or 3699.00 Euro

The Gap between the 2 mentioned above is not overly large.
Samsung say 2300 PQI whereas Panasonic say 2000 BMR - Each use a different way to measure the Hz but roughly there are not too far apart.
The Panasonic is a 3D panel where as the 8000 is not.
The Pana has a headphone socket, the Samsung does not. (Sometimes this can be the decider for some people).

The OLED could not be compared to either of these in my opinion.
