    Hey Guys,
I got a Denon avx 2000 awhile ago and it seems to be acting up, recently several of the HDMI ports seem to be not processing signals and just not giving an image or audio signal.
I seemed to have banged it and its back working... for now.
So wanted to see what you guys might have available.
I have the Samsung 4k Bluray player and Sky Q and looking to use the 4k channels that are due mid august so I need something with 4k Passthrough and 7.1 capability.
I saw you guys had the denon avr2200 awhile ago which seemed to tick a few of my boxes, but Im guessing that was clearance as you dont seem to have any more?
The Denon AVRX2300 seems to be the one that stands out, but are there any other options out there?
Also what prices do you have for that? Dublin address

    Thanks
    Eoin

No date as of yet of their new 1070.

Thanks for the prompt reply Kenny,
The Denon 2300 seems to still be one that would fit my needs from the ones above.
Can you tell me, would there be a notable upgrade in audio quality from my current denon avrx2000? Power wise, features etc?
I have a wife that needs convincing and spotting the difference works!!!

also does the 2300 work with any of the denon heos devices? as in proper integration?

    Thanks
    Eoin

    Hi Eoin.

Yeah there would be a noticeable difference between the two for both sound and features. Dolby Atoms would be one to start with, all of the 4K features as well. The list would be long ;)

It does indeed incorporate in with any Heos product, I believe that the link is required and you are up and running.
The NEW Link is currently £299.00

    Excellent,
    Thanks for the info Kenny.
I called in earlier and spoke to David who sorted me out with the 2300 so i believe its on the way!
The exchange rate seemed to work in my favor too so by buying in sterling I got it for just under €600 so really happy with that.
Was hoping to use the Xbox S with the Sky Q into the receiver for 4k tv coming in a few weeks but from testing it seems the Xbox S doesnt do 4k passthrough at the moment. Maybe in a future update.
Anyways the 2300 has plenty of inputs for me to use it seems!

    Big thanks as always!

    Eoin
