Cannot log in for first time - Invalid DOB??

    Trying to log in for first time and have email address and password setup correctly. However when it gets to the step where it asks for my DOB to validate account when I enter said date it is telling me it is not valid. Can somebody help??

    Are you referring to Online Billing or Electric Ireland Rewards?

    Please send us a private message with your details and we can investigate this for you.

    We will require the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number and date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
