Thats not a weed really -- it's pheasant berry/himalayan honeysuckle/
Leycesteria formosa
Many people grow it for its flowers and berries but it does seed everywhere. Just pull up anything you don't want but there must be a parent plant somewhere near and as long as its there you will continue to get many many seedlings.
