    I have a few questions about my account please. 
    I had to charges which o dont know what they are.

    On the 3rd of August i was charged in 31,17 euros and the description is P2907CN229.147.34894

    On the 4th of August I was charged in 15,56 euros and the description in P0208CN115.227.40488

    If you could help me i would be appreciate

    These look like 'point of sale' transactions that have appeared on your account made with your bank card.

    Although we are unable to see more information here on Boards, we would recommending sending this query while logged in online. When you login, select our Online Service Desk facility and from the drop down menu select the 'Ask A Question' option.
