I need to re-install VM phone app (for use with broadband) because I thought it was causing a problem on my phone, as it was the last item installed on my phone (android - sony) but a nephew fix the phone, telling me it was not the phone app but X (way over this thatchless roof).

I tried to Re-D/L from Google but the app page that it is on, is showing/saying it is "installed" despite it being deleted from my phone over 3 days ago. The Liberty Global link is blanked/greyed out in the app menu. I have do the rounds with VM Support and their guides, a few words come to mind - as,useful,as,an,ashtray,on,a,motorbike.

    Can anyone help me ?

Just hit the install button again. Google Play Store doesn't know you've uninstalled it from your phone.

Are you trying to install from the Play Store online or from the Play Store app on your phone?

I am trying from my computer, where I originally D/L it from.

OK, when you say you "deleted" it from your phone, did you actually completely uninstall it via the Play Store app on your phone, or simply remove the app's icon from your screen? Sounds like the latter to me. In which case it's still on your phone.

If you want to uninstall / reinstall it, open the Play Store app on your phone and hit Uninstall, wait for it to complete and then reinstall it.
