Adelphi apartments Dundalk

Has anyone got any experience or heard anything about Adelphi apartments in Long Walk, Dundalk? I'm considering a possible move there, and mainly concerned about security, heating costs and noise. I lived in the town before so I know the general lie of the land but very little about this block.
