Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got married the day before the Spurs game and had to watch it with a load of mancs and then the Hull game.

    I also married a manc.

    :(

Better to marry a manc than a manky aul one, so you know, silver linings.

Debatable. That would seriously be a deal breaker for me unless she was Rachel Riley or something, which being honest, was always on the less likely side of impossible.

Love his presser's, gives so much more information than he strictly needs to. Always interesting.

Can't believe this week has seen Brad Jones, Yossi Benayoun and Sebastian Coates all playing European football. The latter at the bernabeu no less

Glad we have a manager that doesn't feel the need to throw his players under a bus.

At least they won't be hurt because it's always parked anyway.

11 players go into the bus & stay parked on the 18 yard line.

It's brilliant if you read it in Carra's voice.

Andre Wisdom replaced after 30 minutes in Salzburg's opening game of the EL.

Hopefully it's not too bad of an injury. Well I'd imagine it was an injury and not tactical.

Christ the Qatari's are playing all and sundry these days!

    <edit>
Ha, funny wee moment right at the end when the Qatari young fella lamps the pool defender in the head with the ball, when he's trying to knock it back to the centre circle. It's no football in the groin, but still amused me.

Straightener makes more sense and I would have got it then. Still not remotely funny though.

Would 24 year old 5starpool who was out partying every weekend have found it funny?

Predictive text and not reading it back is pretty common now. Aye, its not for everyone.

Incidentally, is anyone going tomorrow?, there's a lot of thunder and lightning forecast tomorrow in the south and up to midlands, hail too. Hopefully the fixture goes ahead.

It was said of young 5starpool that 'he exhibits the most extraordinary capacity for middle age that I've ever encountered in a young man of twenty-four'.

Or maybe it's a line from a film.

Can we get Skrtel back for this Chelsea game his putting Costa in his pocket over the last couple of seasons were his only highlights for me.

Isn't there a rule if a player refuses a call up for his Country they can block him from playing for his club while those internationals are being played.

That's like working outside of work, see ya after. If she's leaving she wont be there to hold it against you next week.

See how great with people I am?
