Networks that allow tethering?

I'm on Vodafone currently and while they allow tethering, their data plans are, frankly, ****e. I was just wondering what is the best prepay plan for data that allows tethering?

They can tell from the details of the network requests that they're getting from your phone iirc.

If they have the hardware to do SPI and have it enabled then they could detect NAT that the phone would be doing.

That's people on the o2 network that moved to 3 at the changeover, if your on 3's network you've no worries.
