White leaves on courgettes

    As above, the leaves on my courgettes have a white coating. Seems to happen every year and was wondering whether it is worth doing about. Cucumbers too to a lesser extent.

    Spraying the plants with milk also works.

    Had the same problem with plants I grew in the greenhouse

    The Courgettes were also rotting on the plant while they were quite small.

    Only got about a dozen fruit from 4 plants

    Dug the lot out last week.

    Now being advised to clean the glass-house with Jeyes Fluid to prevent the same thing next year

    used to do the usual clearout every year and jeyes fluid is good and waiting 3 weeks for drying out ,and you will get it again next year,courgettes , cucumbers and melons can all get it followed by red spider mite.
