Getting insurance with 6 penalty points

    I've just arrived home from holidays to find that my car insurance company has went tits up i.e. Enterprise Insurance.

    Anyone know companies who will quote for 6 penalty points?
    (Full license and full no claims bonus for 15 years)

    I'd ask a reputable motor broker. Shouldn't be an issue getting cover, but the 6 points might make it a touch pricier.

    How much would be brokers fee be on top of the insurance would you know? (Ive always done it online so am clueless here)

    Very little, and they are obliged disclose it too.

    My wife was with Chill until this year and her renewal price incl iirc a €60 / €65 broker fee.

    I was on 6 points a few years back and Campion Brokers took me on via Patronas underwriters
