Was told new bill would be corrected but it wasn't

    Last month I got a bill and there was an extra 20e charge. I connected web chat support to ask why and they said it would be corrected as I pay at the post office and it was their mistake. 

    New bill arrives and is due for tomorrow and the same charge is there carried over. I've attached the conversation I had with the webchat support.

    Bump. Paid the bill today but not the extra charge that was meant to be debited.
