Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

FWIW, I'd take him back in a heart beat at Chelsea but Everton will be holding out for 50-60m for him and given who is agent is, he might want his huge slice of that pie too.

50-60m? After pogba lukaku is going to cost more than 60m.

Well they have the same agent so I imagine he'll look for stupid money for him but hes got 2 years left on his deal and he wants out, not a great starting point for Everton really.

Their best bet is a bidding war breaks out and for someone with Lukakus ability, thats entirely possible.

Anyway I think it will be £60m, £65m tops, using Pogbas value as a base is kind of off, Pogba is one of the biggest hype machines to play the game at the moment and has a huge PR and Social media image too, Utd paid over the odds for Pogba, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone to think otherwise, I thought Pogba would go for about £20-30m less than what he did too BTW.

The only club you could rule out Everton selling to is Liverpool too, so if Chelsea, City, Utd, Arsenal, Spurs stump up the cash, I cant see Everton saying no.

not what I said so no need to manipulate my words, but yeah, there is reasoning behind thinking a club like United have a unique appeal to certain British based and indeed foreign based players over the decades.

It's not exactly unique though. It's a big club with an awful lot of money. Which is why players go there.

Good thing we have him on the take so.. good chance we will be after him to replace Zlatan I'd say

How are ye going to play Kane, Lukaku and Griezmann in the one team? :pac:

Lukaku and griezmann or Kane and Griezmann would easily fit into the same team.. :D as you should know Griezmann likes to play off the front man or from the right :P

We would have no hope with Kane I reckon, and with the stuff Griezmann is coming out with about the English weather n that makes me think we won't be going for him. Reckon we will push for Lukaku though as he fits the Jose CF role and hope that Pogba can help push that over the line.

It will be between us and ye for him anyways

The only thing that can save Wenger today is that this is an away game - at home the stadium would by emptying out about now. Though yes chances are WBA would not be 3-1 at the Emirates

Whatever about Leicester and Ranieri, Arsenal players look like they're actively trying to get Wenger sacked. They're not even trying.

Pulis is some man. Comfortable in 8th and McCauley and Dawson in their top scorers list. Legend.

Hes still their best player by some considerable distance. Maybe hes injured or he couldnt be bothered but serving up that dross for the last few weeks who could blame him.

Aaron Ramsey is the only Arsenal player out there that looks like he's even remotely bothered. They've been a disgrace today.

So because the team are playing poorly around you it's ok to throw the toys out of the pram and not bother your arse? Football is the only industry I ever hear this as an excuse

Ya theyve been coasting for far too long.

Theyve no fight or desire, looks like the players couldnt be arsed to try for Wenger anymore.

What match have you been watching! Ramsey has been pretty awful. Ball watching so many times. If he is trying, well, we Irish should lick our lips at the thought of him "trying" next week!

Impressed with McClean today. He's been everywhere and been good on the ball.

He's managed to keep the crazy work rate and has added more quality. One of the first names on the Irish team sheet for me.

Apart from Chelsea (and arguably, Spurs), no one is really making a determined push. Us, Arsenal, utd and Liverpool are consistently inconsistent.

Last seasons Champs are back on form 2 up after 7 minutes.

As sh1tty as it was sacking Ranieri it was the right decision but those players and back room staff really have to look at themselves in the mirror in the million pound houses.
