It's a short cycle , with very little hills

The 16 stops on O'Connell Street and passes the entrance to Marlay.

It's basically uphill, all the way. Especially once you hit Rathfarnham.

Little hills. Rathfarnham bridge to the village then Beaufort to the Eden , in cycling terms they are little hills that wouldn't be a struggle to a novice cyclist.

That's being very economical with the truth - the hill alongside St Enda's Park is pretty steep by anyone's standards.

Might be mistaken, but I don't think the OP was asking about bike rides.

I'm correcting the misinformation posted here - I don't think that's against the rules?

Someone else could read it and be misinformed.

He asked about the best way.

The hill by St. Endas is about 200m and still not to steep

Yes, and you know that door at the front up beside the driver?
