Hi,

Asking here on behalf of someone else. She is an experienced radiographer with over 5 years experience, currently in the HSE. Recently she has become interested in looking at other career paths within the healthcare system.

One thing that has caught her eye is various levels of postgraduate courses in healthcare/health services management. Obviously there are roles like RSM but she has also seen roles like procurement.

Has anyone here made the jump from radiography or other technical (my word) roles in healthcare to management or other services? Any tips?
