Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there anywhere I can get more details about Section 47s outside of what is in the Planning Act. I have asked my local council but I got nowhere.

its a legal agreement, so your solicitor should be the first port of call.

Our local authority has a 15 year limit on Section 47s. We heard that it is possible to enter a personal agreement for a shorter period of time, e.g. for the duration of the development plan. Has anyone heard of this?
