White whole wheat flour

I'm following an American recipe where it asks for white whole wheat flour.

I checked in the shop and i couldn't exactly find it.

Is it called something else here or is it normal flour here?

Its a recipe for breakfast bars using mainly oats, oat flour and whole wheat flour as a base.

So strong flour is what I'm looking for?

I'm just guessing! Any floor would do to some extent.

I have plain flour so i might as well use it up instead of buying more.
