Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's kind of annoying seeing Sky waffling on about "so and so state has voted for the winner/specific party every election since ninten-dickety-doo...except for the times they didn't"

So a different sex isn't a change ? Something that has never happened before potentially happening isn't a change ? Ah Robert come on. All politics aside this could potentially be historic. That's a change.

No, as politics should be about policy, not sex.

The fact Hillary is a woman should not even be on the table, it should be policy, if a man votes for a man because he is a man then the problem is with the voter, same if a person votes for Hillary simply because she is a woman.

I always just vote for the person whose policy I like, whether they are male or female.

Okay so you vote for what you genuinely feel are the right reasons which is good to see.

My point though Robert is if Hilary wins tonight it will be a historic election and it will be a change that has never happened or even been possible before.

Yup they were very good there in terms of breaking it down in detail on a state-by-state basis.

I wouldn't say better than expected. 538 basically had it as a dead heat today.

Fox haven't gone into melt down yet and are actually doing okay. Bret baier and Megyn Kelly are surprisingly competent and a safe pair of hands.

Megyn Kelly is the biggest winner of this election cycle.

I would watch Fox, but I prefer CNN election coverage on election night.

Obama hit 270 before he won the popular vote. Think it took a few hours before it caught up.

I'm digging Megyn's new hair. Haven't seen her in a while. She's doing a decent job alright.

Murdoch is pro-globalism /not a fan of Trump, and according to this site, instructed his employees to be hostile to him:
Murdoch told Ailes he wanted Fox’s debate moderators — Kelly, Bret Baier, and Chris Wallace — to hammer Trump on a variety of issues. Ailes, understanding the GOP electorate better than most at that point, likely thought it was a bad idea. “Donald Trump is going to be the Republican nominee,” Ailes told a colleague around this time. But he didn’t fight Murdoch on the debate directive.

Just ate a medium pizza, and fueled up on tea for the night/morning ahead.

The next hour will give us some good indicators.

    Could Trump flip Virginia?

Kelly is excellent to be fair, not as biased as others on the channel or CNN.;)

She has gone hard on Trump many times and trashed Conway and Newt in interviews recently.

Yeah she has won a lot of fans this election cycle and has changed a lot of people's opinions of her.

No its not. The election is over. Trump has embarrassed himself and destroyed his family legacy.

Hillary Clinton is the next president. The only debate left is what to call the new first lady

No surprises so far....Pennsylvania and Florida too close to call at the moment.

I expect her to take Pennsylvania and am cautiously optimistic that the increase in the Latino/female vote in Florida may just swing it for her.
