Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Made this call just over 3 and a half hours ago

Trump still needs to hit perfect but like brexit it gets more and more plausible every few mins

Im calling it either deadlocked or a very narrow Trump victory.

I called Brexit early as well

Looks like Donald is going to take Florida. Whatever happens he'll be happy with that his second home.

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,756 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Not really saying anything there, are you though! Obviously he can still win. Will he................no.

It could be clear be cut, after all Hillary Clinton's opponent has no political experience.

Wait until swing states come in, you are getting ahead of yourself. Everyone mentioned the Brexit effect for the last 2 months!

    Hillary still wins

It's a bit of a joke Connecticut getting 7 EV's given the population compared to Florida.

Michigan has gone from Democrats to leans Democrats. Not a good sign at all for her in terms of places like Nevada, NH and NC.

California is worth 55 could be the deciding factor in a couple of hours.

Politics, in the "formal sense" have played a small part in this election campaign though. We all know how Trump has himself in this position and his lack of political nuance didn't make a difference to vast majority of his voters

People getting far too excited about Florida. The main thing about Florida was he HAD to win it, it isn't as pivotal to the result as people are claiming. It keeps him in it, thats the main thing.

Broward County had a turnout of 842,088

There are over 600,000 registered Democrats there.

Broward County will win Florida for Clinton.

    Arnold Schwarzenegger would disagree.

He didn't run for president there.

    Big difference.

    Ohio - 53% counted - Trump ahead 51.7% to Clinton's 44.1%

    Virginia - 77% counted - Trump 48.1% to Clinton's 46.8%

    North Carolina - 76% counted - Trump 49.5% to Clinton's 47.9%

    Florida - 94% counted - Trump 49.2% to Clinton's 47.7%

    :(

Pennsylvania, as expected, with 16% counted - Clinton at 56.3% to Trump's 40.3%

It's irrelevant these states aren't going to change the result outside of projections

NO. IT. WON'T. Don't know how many times it has to be said, a lot of places are starting to call Florida for Trump

I wouldn't mind people saying they are proud to have voted for Clinton, if she was a person you could be proud of.

A lot of very pissed off people waiting for Broward County to release results.....and there was confirmed voter fraud there already!

Oh yeah it's not, but his performance in NH is worrying if you want Clinton to win, he has made two lean Democrat states to toss-up too.

Yeah it's still heavily in Hilary's favour but Trump has a chance and a path to 270.

Clinton only .4% ahead of Trump in New Hampshire with 25% of votes counted.

Edit: Trump now ahead by .2%!

California was where Trump supporters were attacked violently on more than a few occasions. This was during the Primaries:

Trump leading in New Hampshire now but buy 404 votes.

Nate Silver 538 looking rather poor at this stage.
