Apologies if this is in the wrong section, how much should I expect to pay to have a satellite dish installed (I have a receiver) that will allow me to watch the UK FTA channels and could anyone recommend an installer that covers the Dublin 11 area?
I was going to go down the sky route but for a 1 year contract it would cost me the guts of €400 which I simply can't afford at the moment.

Boards are rightly strict on advertising but you should expect to pay a lot less than half of the sky one year cost . You might also consider a small aerial on the same cable so you can watch saorview/rte on a saorview tv or box.

Why not ask a local installer or three? Remember the cheapest may cost more in the long run.
