I received a letter from Eir today telling me my monthly blll would be increasing by €5 but I would have access to EirSports streaming. I have never requested access to this service nor do I wish to pay for it. Can the streaming be turned off instead of paying the increased price? I had been lead to believe that the price…

I had been lead to believe that the price increase would only apply to customers with bundles. I am a fibre broadband only customer (No phone and no tv)
I think Eir are going to lose a lot of customers over this
