    People driving too fast
    Road badly designed
    People driving pished
    The road needing to be blessed to fix it
    We don't take stats in this country

    Has to be mobiles as a big cause, the amount of drivers I see with their phones up to their ears, in their hands reading the screens, or texting is beyond shocking. Reckon I see at least 4 on my daily commute.

    Perhaps naming them in the newspapers each month like the yearly Revenue defaulters listing might help.
