    We're awfully unlucky with athletes taking stimulants accidentally in this country.

    We have the same number of Olympians who took banned substances (that we know of) as our total gold medal count.

    Terrible unlucky, every time...

    We're not unlucky. We actually excel at illegal substance taking. Per capita, we have a higher rate of testing failures than most countries.

    Our number of elite athletes is quite low, yet we manage to fail a LOT of tests. And no one asks any questions.......
