What has this got to do with Liveline, it's a Dept Of Ed issue and not for public consumption.

I'm sorry but it's not the fault of the Teaching Council if you didn't pay regardless of circumstances as horrible as they were.

My encounter with a pregnant lady on de Dort:

I was seated when said lady got onto the train. I saw her, she saw me and I cot up gesturing to my seat whilst saying "you can have my seat". Before she got there some little toe rag (female toerag btw) sat into the seat. She had her head down, earphones in and de choons were blaring so to speak. I tapped her on the shoulder to explain to her that I was giving my seat to the pregnant lady and not her. She gave a big tut followed by an "Ah for ****s sake" and got up - eventually. This was at the Landsdowne Road stop btw caller.

Lists off bills she has to pay shortly after talking about the apartment she owns overseas.

Complains about not getting paid for August, a month when she wasn't even teaching.

    Tough.

tough shít, i missed an email to do with a government contract, which led to us missing out on a costly tender. What's her problem ?

Sounds like a bit of a clusterfeck that could have been avoided by a simple calendar on th wall. Otoh, the lack of a second reminder from the registering body is nothing short of sheer cack-handed amateurishness.

I know a good few teachers and they are good people, and they deserve our respect. But those teachers unions people should be treated with the same respect as footballer's agents.
