An ad for the Wild Atlantic Way, mentioning bobbing around in a boat, immediately followed by a slot on the death of the Coastguard woman.
A bit unfortunate on the timing, I thought.

Oh ffs, do we need EVERY minute detail?

I'd say this lad's autobiography is 1,000,000,000 pages long.

But look on the bright side, caller. When you survive you feel just so damned refreshed.

We were on the cable car, saw him being swept out. By the time we got to the mainland, asked what happened and got into the car to drive away two rescue boats and the chopper were there. Can't be more than 10-15 mins. Crazy stuff and incredible that they got there that quick.

Glad to see he made it, I checked the paper the next day but there was no word of it.

Does he not mean the mountain rescue. The coastguard could hardly sail into the Gap of Dunloe.

Need some redneck accordian players to really make it a hit, though.

    I doubt he'd want to use Joe's.

Remember yer man that had his boat going out to the Skelligs, i think he didnt have any life jackets in his boat, when a caller asked "how would he feel if a member of the public went overboard"

Reply: "When it happens, i'll get back to ya on it". Priceless!!!
