Are there any good mini computers out there that won't make my wallet cry? Something I can attach to a moniter and keyboard just for surfing the web, watching youtube, etc.

A cheap android tv box might suit.

A Raspberry Pi would be ideal. Im sure you could buy them already setup for such usage on ebay or adverts.ie

If you just want a 'normal' computer experience, using Windows, a cheap Intel box will suit perfectly, for around €100.

This is an example, not saying to get this one, but to give you an idea.

If you're willing to spend around €220, this is a good option, double the ram and a 240GB SSD drive.
