Weed id and removal?

Hi, I've load of this stuff, what's it called and what's the best way to remove it? There's a fair bit of it up and down the street, am I kidding myself that I can eradicate it? Thanks :)

Its called 'mind your own business' and its a bit of a pest. Check google images for samples. I think a glyphosate weedkiller would be the only way to get rid of it.
