Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bournemouth are unbeaten in their last four home meetings with Manchester United in all competitions (W2 D2 L0), including a 2-1 Premier League win in 2015-16.

Four of United's five opening day defeats in the Premier League have come away from home.

Wayne Rooney has scored more goals on the opening weekend than any other player currently playing in the Premier League (6).

Jose Mourinho has won six and drawn one of his previous seven Premier League opening matchday fixtures.

3-0 united, united to go 1-0 up after 30min or so then when Bournemouth push up, United will catch them on the break Jose style!

    Is Arter not injured?

  • Wahey!

I'm going for a cagey 2-1 win to United

Zlatan to do **** all for 70 minutes then score the winner

Nice to see him back, tidy player, very unlucky with timing of injuries

    0-3 United, Zlatan hat trick.

Hopefully Utd lose and we see Jose lose the plot again and be sacked by Christmas. Speaking of Jose has any other manager been sacked by the same club twice.

I know you are on the wind up but Club i dunno, but Brazil have a habit of hiring the same manager again and then letting them go.. Scolari and Dunga spring to mind

Not on a wind up really. I really do hope he has a season like last year. I cant see it happening though. I think Utd will go very close if not win the title thsi year. On the being sacked twice i was genuinely asking.

    Kenny Dalglish.

    Kenny Dalglish.

Pretty sure he was only sacked once by Liverpool.

Palermo owner is a mad man. Sacked upto 10 managers in a season and few of them twice.

    Same with Mourinho and Chelsea.

'Mutual consent' was the official line from the first departure.

Would really like for Bournemouth to win and Zlatan to get kicked to bits.. Mourinho has finally found a club that suits him and the fans imo - the perfect fit

Not a Mourinho fan, but you are right when you say he is a perfect fit as himself, Manchester United and their fans are used to success.

Hopefully fans of all clubs can be as open as yourself and we don't see the normal obsessive drivel ( all teams seem to have supporters like this)

Reckon Niallo has 'not on a wind up' permanently copied on his keyboard

Doesn't matter what happens ... Jose has any outcome covered with an excuse already

Losing/draw will be because he didn't get his 33 training sessions

Mourinho sending Mata a message by starting him. Clearly wants him out.

He'll be substituted after 23 seconds.

Delighted Mata starts I just hope he's not out on the wing and comes more central when we have possession.

I just think it's because Jose wants him to see how fast paced the pl is and to introduce him gradually to it.
He will adapt he's a cracking player.

Not liking that only one academy product is in the 18 on that's Rashford on the bench, but it's not surprising really. Anyone know what happened to Lingard?
