My husband has reared my daughter since she was 7, she turned 18 in January and wants to find out if there is a way that he could adopt her even though she's over 18. She did begin to enquire about is when she was 14/15 but it got sidelined due to puberty/school/life but it's something she really wants. Anybody know if…
