    2001 Toyota Yaris 1.0 litre.

How do these come off? They're not socket or hex head. I can't see how they'd just pull off either.

Mams' exhaust heatshield has come loose and rattles, I don't want to just pull it off and throw it away. Can't find anything on Google.

They pull off, if they are gone hard, cut them off and replace, the heatshield can be refitted using large washers.

The bushings pull off over them or do I need a tool to pull them off?

Thanks! That was it. Just hadn't seen ones like that before. Job done now.
